Can you use water for gas?

There are two answers to this question: yes and no. Yes you can use water as a secondary fuel for your car and no, you cannot use only water for gas. Small quantities of Hydrogen gas usually referred to as HHO gas, which might escape from the device that produces them, are rapidly dissipating in the air and does not pollute the environment.
